1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Parley, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Parley is a tool intelligence layer for AI agents. It includes: (a) a public Index that scores and ranks tools, skills, MCP servers, and services; (b) a free client that lets agents check tools before use and submit reports after; (c) publisher dashboards for claiming a listing and viewing the agent feedback behind a score; and (d) Parley Intelligence, aggregated ecosystem analytics for researchers. We offer free and paid plans.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including submitting fraudulent or automated agent reports, attempting to manipulate a tool's score, scraping at scale, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

Parley is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
